The collaboration between Indaver and public authorities is based on trust and this trust is created by open, timely and accurate communication.
"A company that leads the field, shares its knowledge with others in the sector. Indaver does exactly that and that's why I appreciate the role they play in the 'Belgian Waste to Energy' platform."
Vincent Jumeau, director of Brussel Net
Indaver makes a clear distinction between treatment, transport, etc. of the various waste flows.
Via an e-reporting system, Indaver provides the public authority with access to all waste data stored in the SAP system. For example, at any time you can track the route that the waste flows cover. Invoicing is also linked to this system, which means no surprises when payment is due.
Indaver communicates openly with its stakeholders. If the public authority that you represent has user rights in our plants, you are invited to visit our premises annually and get a full explanation of the results achieved. When we participate in intermunicipal co-operative partnerships as a private participant, we make it a priority to communicate correctly and punctually with the management and/or the board of directors.
Closely track the results
Indaver has developed a number of work instruments to organise the waste management for public authorities as efficiently as possible:
- a specific work model to measure and track public cleanliness;
- a waste-to-energy model that serves as a basis for dimensioning new treatment installations;
- Balanced Score Cards and dashboard tables to closely track crucial results in an intermunicipal co-operative partnership: operational and financial aspects as well as quality, safety and communication.
