The Total Waste Management (TWM) approach is starting to bear fruit, both in Belgium and abroad. In the Benelux, more than 50 large industrial companies have entered into a long-term TWM contract with Indaver. Abroad too, interest in the concept is growing. Indaver Portugal, Indaver Ireland and Indaver Italia increasingly sell TWM-related services. In this way, the Indaver Group is further strengthening its European foothold, which enables it to respond to the growing demand for international TWM solutions.
Cyclical project approach
The Indaver Total Waste Management concept (TWM) adopts a cyclical project approach. This cyclical project approach is based on the ‘Plan-Do-Check-Act’ principle. This guarantees TWM customers a dynamic approach that does not come to a halt once a contract has been signed. All the parties - the customer, Indaver and any subcontractors - are constantly motivated to maintain a high standard of cooperation. In this way, Indaver guarantees that the services provided are not only state-of-the-art and in line with the market at all times, but also constantly respond to the evolving wishes of the customer.
