Press Release: Indaver and NIBC European Infrastructure Fund acquire the SAV waste management group in Germany

 

The Indaver (51%) and NIBC European Infrastructure Fund (NIBC) (49%) Consortium has reached an agreement with the shareholders of the SAV group, Arcadia and E.ON Kraftwerke GmbH, to buy all the shares of the SAV group. The SAV group is a waste management group specialising in the management of hazardous waste incineration and treatment infrastructure, and consists of the companies HIM GmbH in Biebesheim, AVG Abfall-Verwertungs-Gesellschaft GmbH in Hamburg and their respective subsidiaries.
