Organisational structure

Indaver’s organizational structure reflects both the group’s business and its regional responsibilities. Indaver is currently active in eight European countries. Within the regional management structure, these countries are divided into three groups:

• Benelux
• Ireland
• Central and Eastern Europe

Whereas regional management is responsible for the day-to-day operations and the regional results, the Group will focus on strategy, investor relations and central co-ordination between the regions. 

Besides the regional responsibility, Indaver also defined certain business responsibilities.The two business lines – industrial waste services and municipal solid waste – are each headed by a business manager.

The benefits for customers are twofold: they work with an international group, while benefiting from a regionally-oriented approach with the best specialists in the industry. The contacts at customer level are the account and regional managers, firmly supported by product managers, experts and international centres of excellence.
