Indaver in Germany: highly active in the largest European industrial waste market

Indaver has a 51% stake in the SAV group (AVG, HIM and their subsidiaries), the remaining 49% being held by the Dutch NIBC European Infrastructure Fund.

Integrated service provision for industrial customers

The SAV group offers integrated service provision for industrial and hazardous waste, from collection to final processing. Many SAV customers come from the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
The group manages 1 million tonnes of industrial and hazardous waste per year. The group is also active in soil remediation, both in Germany and in other European countries.

Six locations across Germany

The SAV group consists of the companies HIM GmbH in Biebesheim and AVG mbH (Abfall-Verwertungs-Gesellschaft) in Hamburg. Together with their subsidiaries, they run six plants across Germany. SAV operates two facilities each at the Biebesheim and Hamburg sites for the high-temperature incineration of industrial and hazardous waste.
